Hi there.

We are so glad you stopped by. The Haven has been growing these past few months and we have several new teams members we would love for you to meet! You can see their profiles under the ‘Our Team’ menu.

We know that therapy can feel like a little bit of a mystery. Or that it might feel really scary to talk to a new person about the hardest things in your life. But we also know that you have infinite courage inside of you and that your body and spirit deserve space and time to heal.

To be heard.

To feel safe.

To take a breath.

To prioritize yourself.

To meet the real you.

To reconnect with the real you you’ve known all along.

To refocus.

To gain insight.

To calm your nervous system.

To experience kindness.

These are all things that can be accomplished and received in therapy. You won’t come in and lay on a couch and have us tell you what to do (although you can lay down on the couch if you want!). We are here to listen, to support, to encourage, to hear you, to see you, and to be a safe place to land.

At The Haven Wellness Center, we believe deeply that all you have to be today is kind and brave. We believe you can do that and are here to help support you in journey.
